 Terms, Conditions, & Policies REFUND POLICY: All registrations are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to another person, please email your request to info@architectasdeveloper.com atleast one week prior to event. CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Architect As Developer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of a seminar. Architect As Developer shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this seminar is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency. Architect As Developer reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness, or other fortuitous event. RETURN TO REGISTRATION |
